Brass Splashback: Brushed Brass

This custom brass splashback is made to order from a solid brass sheet, hand-brushed to create our signature Champagne Patina:  soft, pale gold luminosity and a sense of understated luxury. The surface is defined by a lighter, satin sheen with a controlled, directional texture that softens the natural brightness of brass while retaining a clean, contemporary appearance. 

The handcrafted process ensures that while the surface appears uniform at a distance, it reveals delicate, intentional variations and sweeping tonal shifts upon closer inspection.

European craftsmanship

Each panel is brushed and finished by hand. The brushing process introduces a subtle linear texture that diffuses light evenly across the surface, while maintaining the integrity of the solid brass beneath.

Every panel is produced individually, ensuring consistent quality while allowing for natural variation inherent to the material.

Finish character

Brushed Brass offers a calmer, more uniform visual character than aged finishes. Its satin surface reflects light softly without high gloss or mirror effects, making it well suited to interiors that favour precision and understatement. This finish pairs particularly well with light stone, neutral cabinetry, and contemporary fittings.
