About Artenara Studio
Some companies are built around a product. Artenara Studio was built around a material — one that rewards patience, resists imitation, and looks better with every passing year.
Like many good things, it started with a personal search for unique and authentic home decor ideas. Over the past five years I have worked on close to forty properties, and with each one developed a growing obsession with surfaces — how a material catches light, how it ages, how it changes the feeling of a space entirely.
Brass and copper kept winning, across every property and every brief.
What began as a search for something I couldn't buy became a practice I couldn't stop. I learned the metal, the patination process, the particular rhythm of hand-brushing a large sheet to draw out its texture. Each technique produces a result that no machine can exactly replicate — and no two pieces I make are identical.
Every panel I make is slightly different from the last. That's not a limitation — it's the whole point.
Artenara Studio is a small operation by design. Every panel is custom-ordered and made by hand, which means I work closely with each client to understand their space, their light, and what they're actually trying to achieve. Buyers are sometimes surprised when I tell them I can't guarantee a perfect visual match to listing photographs — but I can guarantee something better: that what arrives at their door won't exist anywhere else in the world.
If you've found your way here, I suspect you already understand why that matters.
